A plain-language explanation of the information used by this website and what happens when you contact the mobile service.
Website contact
This website does not take payment, create customer accounts or store the quote form on its own server. When you submit the quote form, your browser prepares a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp so you can review and send it.
Messages, calls and information you choose to send through WhatsApp or telephone are handled through those channels for answering your request, preparing a quote, arranging dispatch, providing the service, invoicing, warranty handling and resolving questions.
Information you may provide
- Your name and contact details
- Vehicle make, model, year, registration details, tyre size or battery details
- Live location, map links and parking access instructions
- Photos or descriptions of the tyre, wheel, battery or vehicle
- Service, payment, invoice and warranty information
Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you select “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. It can provide aggregated information about page visits, device type, approximate region and site interactions. If you reject analytics, the analytics script is not loaded by this site.
You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time. Clearing your browser storage will also clear your saved choice.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, the Google Business Profile and Dubai RTA take you to external services with their own privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information.
